1. For Cancel/Exchange/Refund, please email to by stating your Name, Order Number, Contact No, Payment Transaction Details, & Reason(s) for return/refund. Our customer service will verify the return/refund reason and get back to you within 48 hours. (Monday - Friday, excluding Public Holidays).

2. All Cancel/Exchange/Refund request must be submitted as above (No.1) within 3 days of receiving the goods OR within 7 days of your purchased date.

3. Exchange/Refund can only be arranged under the following reasons:
a. If the products delivered is in damaged or defective condition; or
b. If the product is different from the Order delivered. Products for refund shall be returned in its original condition, quantity and packaging as it was delivered to the customer together with proof of purchase.

4. The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the Product to be returned until it reaches Supergenix Office. Supergenix will not be liable for any loss or damage to the Product prior to Supergenix receiving the Product. The Customers are advised to pack the Product safely to prevent any loss or damage to the Product or its box or its original packaging.

5. Return shipping cost (if any) and refund will be reimbursed to customer once we have confirmed product is indeed incorrect, different from order delivered or damaged.

6. If your refund request is approved, the refund payment will be debited to your bank account within 14 to 30 working days depending on appointed bank refund policy.

7. We reserve the right to reject any exchange, return, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
