steps to purchase & register your supergenix dna test kit

Fill up the delivery address, contact details and make the payment with your preferred payment method.
The Payment & Order Confirmation emails will be sent to your registered email address.
Supergenix team will arrange courier to pick up sample test kit from your location on the schedule date submitted in register test kit page before.
Our courier will deliver the sample test kit back to our lab for testing.
Report turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks. Soft copy of the report will be updated in your Supergenix account & emailed to your registered email address.
*Hard copy will be couriered to the same delivery address provided. (Optional).
If you hope to have a report consultation from our doctor, kindly fill in & submit the request consultation in your Supergenix account, our doctor will conduct the explanation online based on your scheduled date & time.
